1. Pilot Program Participation

By joining the Infinite IoT Pilot Program, you acknowledge that the products provided are pre-production or early-batch units. While we strive for quality, these products may be subject to minor revisions or updates.

2. Orders and Payments

All prices are listed in US Dollars ($) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Payment must be received in full before shipment. Deposits for pilot allocations are non-refundable after the allocation is confirmed.

3. Shipping and Delivery

Estimated delivery dates (e.g., June 2024) are estimates only and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by manufacturing or logistics issues beyond our reasonable control.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Infinite IoT or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Infinite IoT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our products or services.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Infinite IoT is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
